Who is responsible

Trentinian - Diego Deberdt, Durabilis, Avenue de Longwy 183, 6700 Arlon, Belgium (enterprise no. 0892.845.606) is responsible for the personal data processed through this website.

Questions about this notice or about your personal data can be sent to contact@trentinian.com.

What information is collected

This website does not require an account and does not use advertising or profiling cookies.

If you send a written enquiry, Trentinian receives the contact details and the description of the situation you choose to provide. If you book an introductory meeting, the booking is handled by Google Calendar, which collects the name, email address and meeting details needed to schedule the conversation.

The hosting infrastructure records standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and requested page, for security and reliability purposes.

Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to obtain aggregated information about website usage, such as visited pages, referral sources and campaign parameters. Plausible does not use cookies and is not used to identify individual visitors or track them across websites. Analytics data is processed and stored within the European Union. We use this information to understand how the website is found and improve its content.

Why it is used

Personal data is used only to respond to enquiries, to schedule and hold introductory conversations, and to discuss possible engagements. It is not used for automated decision-making, and it is never sold.

The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and Trentinian's legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website.

Sharing and processors

Data is shared only with service providers used to operate the website and the booking process, such as the website host, Google and Plausible Analytics, and with advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Enquiry correspondence and booking records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting engagement, and afterwards only where a legal or accounting obligation applies. Technical logs are kept for a short retention period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests can be sent to contact@trentinian.com and are answered within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
